Sele Akhigbe led the way for Joe Lalonde with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists with Andrew Stephenson adding 22 points and 12 rebounds, and Jayson Demary getting 18 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. Randy Canham had 24 points (six 3’s) for Elco Electric while Dylan Chatelain had 18 points and 5 assists, and Matt Duncan had 16 points and 15 rebounds.
Caveman Strong locked down the other first round bye in the playoffs with a 76-59 win over Quinn’s Inn. Andrew McAllister had 21 points and 3 assists for Caveman Strong while Nick Briere had 16 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 blocks, and Eddy Meus added 16 points. Joel Lariviere had 19 points, 5 assists and 3 steals for Quinn’s Inn with John Boisvenue adding 14 points, and Rob Kilbride getting 10 points.
Warner Insurance is going into the playoffs on a high note after blowing out Rayco Team Sports 90-56. Jordan McAllister had 29 points for Warner Insurance while Josh McAllister had 17 points (five 3’s), 6 assists and 6 blocks, Chris Tindal added 16 points and 3 steals, and Adam Delorme had 12 points, 23 rebounds and 3 steals. Rob Stein had 16 points for Rayco while Grant Konink added 13 points, 13 rebounds and 2 blocks.
Someone finally did it. Warner Insurance managed to defeat Elco Electric by a score of 70-63. Jordan McAllister had 24 points and 5 assists for Warner Insurance while Dave Franklin added 18 points and 4 steals and Adam Delorme pulled down 22 rebounds and had 2 blocks. Paul Rother answered for Elco Electric with 26 points, 9 rebounds and 8/8 free throw shooting while Randy Canham had 15 points and Dylan Chatelain had 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals.
Caveman Strong held on for a 74-68 win over Joe Lalonde Insurance to hang on to second place. It’s consecutive wins for Quinn’s Inn as they defeated Rayco Team Sports 76-59. Matt Hutt had 22 points, 11 rebounds and 3 blocks for Quinn’s Inn while John Boisvenue added 16 points. John Frood had a great game for Rayco with 32 points, while Gilles Levac added 12 points, and Grant Konink had 18 rebounds and 5 blocks.
Elco Electric turned their win streak up to eleven with a 86-75 win over Caveman Strong. Paul Rother was amazing for Elco Electric with 44 points, 4 assists, 4 steals and 15/18 free throw shooting, while Matt Duncan had 10 points and 12 rebounds. Marcus Glanville stepped up for Caveman Strong with 18 points and 9 rebounds while Andrew McAllister had 16 points and 4 assists, and Nick Briere added 15 points, 19 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.
Quinn’s Inn moved to within a game of second place after defeating Warner Insurance 72-67.
